Amanda Henderson
Amanda Henderson is an accomplished, solutions-driven professional with more than 13 years of progressive experience spanning education, customer success, product management, marketing, and organizational strategy. She brings to the Man 2 Man – Urban Youth Advocate, Inc. Board a distinctive combination of strategic thinking, user-centered design, project leadership, communication, and technical expertise. Amanda’s professional journey began in education, where she worked across public schools and English-language institutions. Her experience as an educator established a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, learning and development, and understanding how individuals interact with systems and services.
Her career later expanded into the corporate sector, where she developed extensive experience in customer success and product management. Throughout her career, Amanda has led teams, coordinated complex projects, trained and developed professionals, managed stakeholder relationships and escalated accounts, and helped design solutions that respond to both organizational priorities and the needs of the people being served.
As a Board Member of Man 2 Man – Urban Youth Advocate, Inc., Amanda provides leadership and strategic guidance in marketing and communications, organizational strategy, brand development, sponsorship and fund development, program and product positioning, and stakeholder engagement. She helps M2M strengthen how the organization communicates its mission, demonstrates its impact, develops strategic partnerships, and positions its programs and initiatives for continued growth and sustainability.
Amanda also contributes her product management experience to helping M2M translate innovative ideas into clearly defined, scalable, and measurable initiatives. Her ability to bridge education, business, strategy, and user-centered design provides an important perspective as M2M expands its work with fathers, families, communities, public systems, philanthropic partners, and other stakeholders. Amanda is committed to continuous growth, purposeful leadership, and creating significant and measurable value. Her service on the M2M Board reflects her belief that strong strategy, effective communication, thoughtful program design, and people-centered solutions can produce meaningful and lasting change for individuals, families, and communities.
